This project formed part of earlier in-house product development experience within Altura’s technical bikepacking range. The work focused on designing and refining a series of on-bike luggage systems built for durability, weather resistance and performance in demanding outdoor environments. Each product served a distinct function within a rider’s setup, requiring careful consideration of load distribution, material performance and real-world usability.

The process spanned initial market research and concept development through to tech pack creation, sampling and iterative sample reviews, working closely with offshore manufacturing partners to ensure quality, functionality and production feasibility.
